We value our guests and our staff
We appreciate that Fallen Angel is more than a creatively designed and built property. It remains special because of the care and attention the fabulous team who take care of it and our guests consistently bring. Finding and retaining the best team to take care of our property and guests needs on a day to day basis is key to making your stay super-special for all the right reasons.
For this reason we insist on businesses we work with who pay their staff well and do not hold staff on what we believe to be unethical zero hours contracts.
The downside is that we cannot offer stays of less than 3 nights at reasonable price, but we feel this is a compromise we are willing to make to ensure everyone involved in making Fallen Angel special for our guests is treated well and rewarded fairly.
